Job Description
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Payment and billing processing
- Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
- Preparation of monthly report and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Handle full set of accounts and management reports
- Assist with Quarterly GST reporting and other IRAS submission.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Handle other ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & any accounting software
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail.
