Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks like processing invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
- Maintain and update the full set of company accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and general ledger.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing of accounts and support audit processes.
- Do regular bank reconciliations to make sure records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle accounts receivable, issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Help prepare financial reports for management, such as profit and loss and cash flow.
- Support tax filings like GST and corporate tax.
- Work with auditors and tax agents when needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant accounting qualifications or certification will be advantageous (e.g. ACCA, ICAEW)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
