Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Manager, Accounting:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage full-set accounts for local operations and overseas subsidiaries
Review and analyze product costing reports related to manufacturing activities
Oversee transfer pricing and ensure documentation compliance across regional entities
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audits, tax matters, and planning strategies
Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and coordinate with external consultants for MES renewal
Supervise the Accounts Payable function and ensure timely vendor payments
Lead initiatives to enhance ERP systems for improved financial workflows
Mentor and manage junior accounting team members, providing leadership and guidance

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification is required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong technical knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a self-motivated attitude
Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia
