Role Overview
An Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for managing an organization's day-to-day financial transactions and administrative operations. This dual role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- Support with payroll processing.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external parties as needed.
Administration
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Support HR functions such as leave records, attendance, and onboarding.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in procurement and vendor management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
