Key Responsibilities
- Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, including invoice and payment processing
- Conduct monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Assist in drafting financial statements and reports
- Monitor and prepare monthly budgets
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Accounting qualifications with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in ABSS (MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills
- Singaporeans only
- Available to work on alternate Saturdays
