Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and payments
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Support GST submission and other statutory filings in compliance with Singapore regulations
- Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping for compliance purposes
- Liaise with internal teams on billing and payment matters
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules for management review
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Assist and support in contract management and project tracking
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting & Finance
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an SME environment
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Million or MYOB (experience with Xero preferred)
- Knowledge of Singapore’s financial reporting and tax requirements (e.g., GST)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
