- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payments
- Help with monthly accounts closing
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support in preparing reports and financial statements
- Assist with filing and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Fresh candidates are welcome.
- Work: 5.5 days (9am to 6pm Mon to Fri, 9am to 1pm Sat)
