Our client serves as a strategic hub in Southeast Asia, offering a diverse portfolio of products and services across industries such as electronics. They are looking for a Accounts Assistant to assist their Accounts team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.
Duties
- Process Financial Transactions :: Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers; ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- System & Data Management : Learn and operate the in-house accounting system; handle accurate data entry.
- Inventory & Documentation : Assist with inventory-related entries and maintain organized filing of accounting documents.
- Administrative Support : Perform daily accounting tasks and support various finance-related functions as needed.
- Bank & Ad Hoc Tasks : Manage bank visits for document submissions and carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Fresh/Entry levels candidates are welcome to apply
