Job Description
- Perform accounts data entry and maintain accurate records in Xero accounting software .
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end reporting).
- Manage GST reporting and submissions accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, MOM filings).
- Assist with HR administration , including employee records, leave tracking, onboarding/offboarding.
- Support management with preparation of financial and HR reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and vendors when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting or accounts assistant role.
- Proficiency in Xero (experience with other accounting software is an advantage).
- Familiar with GST matters .
- Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll & HR regulations .
- Strong attention to detail, organized and proactive.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
