Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee ACMV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to plan.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor material usage and procurement planning to avoid project delays.
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ACMV or related M&E projects.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
