The Role
We are seeking a full-time Acrobatics Teacher / Gymnastics Instructor with a minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in Gymnastics or Acrobatics coaching. You must be confident working with both beginner and advanced-level students, with strong spotting techniques and a deep understanding of safe skill progression. You’ll be leading classes, supporting competition team training, and collaborating with our teaching team to deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons that challenge students while keeping them safe and motivated.
What You’ll do
- Deliver engaging and progressive Acro classes across various levels.
- Safely spot and assist students through skill development and advanced tricks.
- Design lesson plans and choreography for competitions, showcases, and studio events.
- Work alongside the Acro Department Head to maintain consistent training standards.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students progress in skill and confidence.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined class environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on student progress when needed.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience coaching high-level skills and working with advanced students.
