Job scope / Responsibilities
Administrative support - Providing general administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence
Communication - Managing phone calls, emails, coordination with suppliers
Document Management - Ensuring all digital and paper copy of documents are properly filed and easily accessible
Office Management - Ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-organized
Data Entry - Entering and maintaining accurate data in various systems and databases
Accounting Administration - Handling basic accounting tasks such as processing invoice, cheque issuance, keeping track on payment and outstanding
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
- Good communications and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- Prior experience in administrative and accounting roles is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $2,400.00 per month
