As an Admin and Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the preparation of invoices, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow activities.
- Aid in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budget creation and monitoring.
- Provide support for various account inquiries as needed.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
- Support scheduling of meetings and calendar coordination.
- Manage communications and correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Perform any additional related tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirement:
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or related fields.
