Company Overview:
Established since 1993, we are a local construction firm specialising in building works. We work closely with government agencies such as SLA, NEA, Town Councils and HDB.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented part-time admin assistant to support our claims, photo documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Working Hours
- Minimum: 10 hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
- Flexible Work location: 57 Ubi Ave 1
Job Scope
- Assist in preparing and submitting government project claims (e.g. NEA, HDB, SLA)
- Sort and organise photo documentation for projects
- Handle basic phone and email enquiries
- General admin and filing duties as assigned
✅ Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic photo handling
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently Prior admin experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Salary
- Hourly rate: $12/hour (commensurate with experience) CPF contributions (for Singapore Citizens/PRs)
