What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, data entry and other clerical duties
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and booking travel as required
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow
- Offering a high level of customer service to our clients and colleagues
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
