- Assist in day-to-day workshop administrative tasks.
- Handle and organize all workshop paperwork, including job orders, service records, and work schedules.
- Accurately key in supplier and vendor invoices into the system.
- Prepare and process payment requisitions in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
- Support the Workshop Manager and team in administrative matters as required.
