Job Type: Temporary (5 Months)
Duration: October 2025 to February 2026
Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting and assisting visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling phone calls, attending to walk-in inquiries, and responding to emails.
- Update and follow up on Delivery Orders, Service Reports, and the Mock-Up List.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative support as required.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College certification in any field.
