- Job Description
- To perform accounting tasks, such as creating invoices, reconciling statements and payments, preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and end-of-year reports, etc.
- Handle a full set of accounts and month-end closing, able to handle multiple sets of accounts.
- To perform all bookkeeping activities and accounts reporting work,
- To perform office administrative operations, control, and monitoring.
- Perform & generate GST files every quarter, document preparation, and coordinate with the audit team for GST Submission to IRAS.
- Knowledge to handle MOM matters, including work pass application/renewal/cancellation, arrange security bond, and assist in HR general tasks.
- Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
- Petty Cash reimbursement and support financial matters.
- Provide simple finance support functions, such as coordinating billing and payment.
- Assist in AP or AR and other basic accounting support.
- Perform in the Monthly CPF Submission.
- Assist the HR Team in preparing and performing the Yearly AIS Submission.
- Liaise with and organize paperwork for government departments (ACRA, IRAS, MOM, CPR, etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum Diploma/Degree qualification is highly desirable
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Dependent, Confident, and able to perform ad hoc taskings
- Able to handle highly confidential information
- Have effective communication skills to converse well with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
- Good working attitude, responsible, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver results.
