Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level certification in any field
- Has relevant experience as a general administrator
- Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation
- Great knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
- Carries out administrative duties such as data entry work, filing, etc.
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
- Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by the manager
- To support daily operations
- Office located at Paya Lebar

- Enjoy working in a team and dynamic environment
- Willing to learn, take initiative and self driven
- ABle to work Independently with minimal supervision. 5days work week
