- Processing documentation and invoicing
- Basic admin duties such as filing, data entry
- Manage day-to-day orders, admin support
- Handle incoming calls
- Inventory management
- Assist in Ad-hoc administrative duties and report to superior
- Must have at least 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Minimum Education Diploma level or above
- PC & Internet knowledge and MS Office proficient
- On job training will be provided
- Able to communicate effectively
- Good interpersonal skills & positive work attitude
