Job Responsibilities :
- Assists in tabulating and summarizing productivity of the department.
- Assists in tabulating and summarizing materials receiving and issuing from materials.
- Assists in producing the department’s summary of Shing Leck related observations by management.
- Assists in providing general administrative support, data entry and report submissions to the department.
- Assists in the preparation of sales quotation.
- Assists in the analysis of project margins and performance versus project budget.
- Assists in strengthening the effectiveness and robustness of Company’s internal controls and alerting Management of potential risks and compliance issues.
- Helps to ensure project costs are accurately captured and accounted for in a timely way.
- Assists in liaising and following up with purchaser on materials and accessories procurement for the department.
- Assists in materials logistics of mobilization and demobilization.
- Assists in carrying out inspection of materials brought to or collected from site paying special attention to the defect status, reject materials and tools that are deemed not safe for use.
- Assist on workers Training Records
- Assist to follow-up on worker absentise report
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
