Job Description
You Will:
- Build, evaluate, and fine-tune AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs)
- Work on prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and multi-step agent reasoning
- Develop and test pipelines for knowledge ingestion, text chunking, vector storage, and retrieval
- Integrate external tools and APIs into agent workflows for real-time decision-making
- Contribute to backend services (Python/FastAPI) supporting AI workflows and model orchestration
- Benchmark performance and accuracy of AI outputs across various use cases (NLP-heavy, decision-heavy, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to turn ideas into functioning prototypes — fast
You Are:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Familiar with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Has actively explored tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or any other AI/ML framework
- Familiar with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Have worked on or studied topics like NLP, RAG, or multi-agent systems through courses or projects
- Driven by a builder mindset - you enjoy creating, experimenting and turning ideas into working solutions
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving principles.
- Curious, analytical, and always eager to push the boundaries of what AI can do
