Responsibilities
1. Responsible for bidding strategy and algorithm in Pangle ad serving, as well as improvement in stages including targeting, recall, precision ranking, bidding, etc., to ultimately optimize monetization efficiency and ad ROI.
2. In charge of efficiency improvement and effect optimization of large-scale online learning deep models.
3. Accountable for utilizing strategic and model methods to explore the newest monetization technologies and commercial product designs from aspects like attribution measurement, serving experience, and long-term sustainable advertising business, and suggesting innovative vertical advertising solutions.
4. Participating in the design, development, and iteration of ad models such as CTR and CVR.
