What You'II Do:
- Safeguard the Group's strategic and commercial interests in its core regulated electricity businesses and ensure compliance of business units across the Group with relevant regulations
- Engage with government agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the capital investments and returns for our core regulated electricity businesses in Singapore
- Perform market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in local and overseas markets
- Perform commercial review and returns analysis, prepare financial models and management papers or presentations to Management and Board
- Support revenue and tariff scenario analysis, commercial review, and risk analysis
- Participate in special projects and other initiatives led by the department
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Prepare regular update reports on Regulatory Management activities
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a utility or infrastructure industry, with some background in commercial/financial analysis and economic regulation, would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of business and commercial acumen with good initiative as a self-starter
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, some familiarity with programming tools, SQL and Power BI would be advantageous
