Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions
Coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
Take lead in sub-con meetings and technical meetings for Arch. related matters
Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management
Minimum 4 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) project
Knowledge in prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC)
Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
Familiar with local standard quanlity implementation , BCA CONQUAS and other Quanlity Mark Assessment
