Main Purpose
The Regional Marketing Executive is a proactive, organized, and structured individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office and enjoys engaging with others. This role involves coordinating and managing daily tasks and projects. Within the scope of Marketing and Operations, the Executive supports the Senior Regional Marketing Manager by overseeing business planning, reporting, and providing administrative assistance to enhance operational efficiency.
In terms of Education and Training, the Executive will handle various administrative duties, including coordinating global and regional initiatives, consolidating reports, and managing data points. This position is critical for collating data and information, conducting analyses, and generating reports that offer an overview of the region. These insights are essential for driving strategic decisions for the region's business.
Key Responsibilities:
MARKETING & OPERATIONS
- Reporting
- Manage monthly business reports consolidation and follow up with local markets for timely submission.
- Beauty market data : Manage data consolidation and analysis of quarterly beauty market data. Provide analysis and assessment on sub-categories performance.
- Supports SRMM in any ad-hoc reports, management report and presentation preparation.
- Provide updates, latest trends and key competitors’ launches/ programs.
E-commerce & Creative Assets Management
- Partner with Corporate E-commerce team to develop assets brief for Pureplayer platforms Mega campaigns
- Support SRMM in reviewing markets e-commerce mechanics proposal.
- Support markets and retailers on new launches assets request
PO and Expenses Management
- Manage PO, invoice and payment tracking for MECCA, India and NARS SAPAC Prestige.
- Supports SRMM in tracking MECCA A&P expenses.
Partner with India and MECCA team
- Partner with distributor markets on seasonal visual merchandising update.
- Provide new item file update (MECCA).
- Manage India and MECCA selling price update with SAPAC Commercial Logistics team.
- Provide markets support for any marketing and operations related queries.
Administration
- Manage monthly meeting schedule with markets.
- Manage NARS Box folders.
- Provide the team administrative support, as needed.
Eduacation & Artistry
- Education Support
- Managing the NARS Education calendars of the region - ensuring that markets are prompt in their calendar inputs.
- Collaborate with the Regional Education & Artistry Manager on activities and travel and support schedule.
- NARS Digital Studio : Be the point of contact for NARS Digital Studio dashboard and provide insights into usage and engagement of the APAC team. Oversee the management of monthly active/inactive users report.
- Assist with planning and coordination of regional virtual and in-person summits, seminars and meetings.
- Managing the database for Certifications in the region as it evolves for NARS.
- Assisting the local markets Training team with questions and inquiries.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Marketing / Marketing Support Role within Fast Paced Retail / FMCG / Beauty Industry
- Regional or Global Marketing experience is a plus
- A considered, analytical approach to working with consumers, problem solving, stakeholder management
