Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations in accordance with manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and standard work instructions to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to established quality control procedures, conduct required inspections, maintain accurate and complete quality records, and promptly report any defects or issues encountered during production.
- Properly use, maintain, and store tooling, fixtures, and measuring instruments to ensure operational reliability and accuracy.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production line, including lean manufacturing and process optimization efforts. Complete any other duties or assignments as directed by the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a structured environment. Prior experience in mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role is highly preferred.
Other Information:
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Transport to & fro company is provided from certain locations
