About the role
You manage National Service (NS) affairs and work across agencies to facilitate positive experiences for NSmen through effective Human Resource (HR) management, engagement and operational support.
What you will be working on
- Coordinate with agencies on HR and administrative matters for NSmen
- Manage NS unit deployment, staffing, and manning requirements
- Drive engagement activities and initiatives for NS units
- Support In-Camp Training (ICT) management before, during, and post-ICT periods
- Handle succession planning and leadership development
- Oversee training administration and performance management
- Address NSmen and NS units' requirements and queries

- Operating independently and responding to different situations
- Managing multiple stakeholder relationships across agencies
What we are looking for
- Education in HR or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in HR management/administration or training administration
- Experience in dealing with NSmen and NS administration is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different situations
