You will be responsible for the finance and accounting operations of the NCCS, the NCCS Cancer Fund and NCCS Research Fund. You will manage a team performing General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and patient receipting functions. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Monthly & quarterly financial reporting
- Annual budgeting and forecast
- Payroll related work (benefits in kind, clinical manpower costs)
- Cashflow projections and treasury management
- Coordinating and overseeing year end statutory audit and all tax matters
- All tax matters (corporate tax, GST and withholding tax)
- Maintenance of adequate system of internal controls and accounting records.
- Development and review of financial policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with CPA accreditation
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Meticulous, “hands-on’ attitude with high degree of integrity, initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong teamwork and ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relations
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
