Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Support to Fleet Owners/PTOs for the eBuses/Truck:
- To attend on-site depot field services together with technician
- Coordinate with customers to attend vehicle breakdown
- Provide engineering and technology support to customers
- Identifying and solving electrical and mechanical problems that may arise in electric vehicle systems.
- Update customers on vehicle repair status
- Cost analysis and component replacement trends
- Recommend critical spare parts for stock up to Warehouse Executive
- Update vehicle maintenance & repair history records
- Documenting and presenting design, simulation, and test results to stakeholders and team members.
2. Customer Relation Management:
- Maintain good working relationship with all fleet customers
- Attend monthly meetings with customers and authority to address outstanding issues
3. Workplace Safety & Health:
- Complying with safety regulations and standards when working in workshop and on-site
- Trained in Work-At-Height/Lifting Supervisor will be advantage
- Ensure proper 5S Housekeeping for workshop
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Power Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Automotive Industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as an Electric Vehicle Engineer or a similar role in automotive engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and technologies.
