Technical skills sets required:
- Full sets of bookkeeping using Excel, Xero, Quickbooks, Zoho, ABSS
- Compilation of annual financial statements
- HR duties which includes payroll preparation, issuance of payslips, IR8A preparation
- Prepare payments for clients via online banking
- Provide technical guidance to junior assistants and review their work
- Experienced in tax computation for Singapore companies
- Some basic Company Secretarial experience preferred as this position is required to prepare resolutions, annual filing, XBRL. On the job training is provided if required.
- Administrative duties ie. mail handling
Mandatory requirement:
- Must have Singpass as required to access Corppass frequently in the course of work.
Soft skill set required:
- Good communication skills as he/she is required to communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Management of team of 6 remote accountants and company secretary
Attendance Requirements:
- Must physically turn up for
1. office for work for 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday); or
2. Client's office
3. Discussion meetings with clients
- One work from home day
There are two office locations (depending on Manager's schedule):
1. Office is a home based office located above Jurong Point and
2. Office at 1 Commonwealth Lane (at least once a week)
- Able to start work immediately is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 per month
