Main Responsibilities :
- To lead a project safety team to carry out special inspections on site and projects, identify hidden dangers / hazards and oversee rectification works, and manage risks in a timely manner
- Review work permits, major work risk assessments, organize and implement emergency drill plans
- Organize various safety meetings, generate reports, develop safety training plans and implement them
- Provide professional expertise and conduct training for different positions based on the actual situation on site, and including safety training for new employees
Requirements :
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Shipbuilding / Marine Engineering / Project Management or its equivalent discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in shipbuilding, marine engineering or project management experiences
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, planning execution ability, judgment and decision-making ability and organizational management ability
- Good teamwork with sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure
