Join Our Dynamic Team as an Assistant Sales, Marketing, and Leasing Manager
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? We're seeking a proactive Assistant to support our Sales, Marketing, and Leasing team across a diverse portfolio of local and international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing & Tenancy Management (Local Projects):
- Market units for lease, conduct viewings, negotiate leases and renewals.
- Manage tenant relations, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Prepare units for handover and handle lease terminations.
- Follow up on outstanding arrears and prepare demand letters.
- Sales Administration (Local Projects):
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including OTP (Option to Purchase) and completion processes.
- Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
- Handle quarterly survey requests from JTC and URA.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with agents to promote available units.
- Prepare marketing materials, listings, and floor plans.
- Handle advertising panels.
- Overseas Project Support:
- Coordinate and support sales events for projects in Cambodia, the UK, and Malaysia.
- Consolidate sales reports and follow up with overseas sales teams.
- General Support:
- Maintain proper lease records
- Provide administrative support to the sales, marketing, and leasing team.
- Support any ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or leasing roles (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with lease agreements and tenancy documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations.
