Responsibilities
- Support tender preparation for marine civil projects (e.g., reclamation, dredging, ports, infrastructure).
- Analyse tender documents, including scope, specifications, and contractual terms.
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits as needed.
- Develop construction sequences and bid strategies with the Tender Manager.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, QS, finance, contracts, operations).
- Contribute to cost-saving analysis and risk assessments.
- Assist in preparing tender proposals with estimates, schedules, and methodology.
- Review submissions to ensure all contractual, legal, technical, and operational aspects are addressed.
- Support post-tender presentations, interviews, and client clarifications as needed.
- Assist in complete and quality handover to the project team after tender award.
Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in Marine Civil Construction projects (dredging, reclamation, port, and coastal infrastructure works)
- Meticulous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and relevant construction planning / management software.
- Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and bidding processes.
