Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate division performance to ensure compliance with organizational standards and goals.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial controls within the division.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team to achieve division objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive the implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute short-term and long-term plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor process performance and drive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on division performance and initiatives.
- Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in senior operational management role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
