Summary of Position
The incumbent is required to perform maintenance and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), and other associated systems, as well as support system testing and commissioning for various project activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform site survey with customers to capture essential requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support for variation orders received by Projects Delivery and Customer Care department.
- Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on the CCTV surveillance, EACS and other Associate systems.
- Conduct testing & commissioning of cameras, EACS and other devices for integration with backend system switches.
- Prepare investigation and fault-finding reports, with root cause analysis, for submission to customers.
- Carry out risk assessments and always adhere to site safety requirements.
- Prepare & update fault logs and summary report for customers.
- Track & update records of all hardware inventory spares used.
- Perform 24x7 standby duties and/or covering shift duties to support operation team when necessary.
Requirements
- A Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical/Electronics/Security Engineering
- Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good customer management and communication skills
- A good team player with the ability to multi-task
- Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Resilient and persistent
- Training will be provided
- Preferable with Class 3 or 3A driving license
- Able to work at Height
