About the team The Safety Model Operations (SMO) team is responsible for providing safety data annotation services. As an Associate Project Manager, you'll support the development and training of AI models by assisting in project coordination, data analysis, and operational workflows. You'll work closely with project managers or cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, monitor key metrics, and contribute to a safer user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Support: Assist in end-to-end labeling operations, tracking progress against key metrics (e.g., quality, timelines, efficiency). 2. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; prepare routine progress updates. 3. Tool Utilization: Use business platforms to monitor workflows, flag issues, and support data-driven decisions. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regional/global teams to align on task execution and project needs. 5. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest optimizations to enhance project delivery. 6. Documentation: Maintain clear records of project milestones, changes, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or data analysis (internships included). - Foundational data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, basic visualization). - Strong written/spoken English; adaptability in fast-paced environments. - Resilience and self-care awareness to manage sensitive content exposure. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration. - Fast learner with interest in AI, content moderation, or model training. - Passion for social media trends and digital platforms. - Experience in tech, social media, or trust & safety roles.
