We are currently seeking an Asst. Engineer/Engineer to join our team.
In this role, your responsibilities are to:
- Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
- Troubleshoot and repair machines at customer site.
- Install new test machines and software upgrades.
- Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc.
This role requires you to:
- Have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
- Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
- Have work experience in a customer support environment.
- Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 5 years.
- Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
- Have proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with counterparts in Japan during weekly meetings, training sessions or troubleshooting instances.

- Must be able to travel overseas frequently and on short notice.
- Flexible to work overtime or on public holidays, if required.
