Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily financial operations as part of the APAC regional finance hub.
- Handle specific accounting cycles including:
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
- General Ledger (GL) maintenance
- Account reconciliations
- Assist in month-end closing processes, audit preparation, and tax submission reviews.
- Participate in system migration and process improvement initiatives, particularly NetSuite implementation.
- Contribute to regional budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Track costs, conduct margin analysis, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Onboard vendors and clients, including KYC-style checks and verification.
- Maintain accurate financial records aligned with internal controls and compliance standards.
- Prepare and deliver finance business intelligence reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within a multi-country or regional setup.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and multicultural environments.
