Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in leasing management, property management, or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and relationship management.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
