The IT APAC-Service Operation team is the 2nd level at the forefront of supporting comprehensive IT services, with a primary focus on network, audio-visual, and system operations. Our mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and secure IT services to support the organization's operations and growth in the Asia-Pacific region while ensuring the highest standards of service and support. Responsibilities
1. Provided support for the build-out and expansion of offices in audio-visual systems, including the setup and optimization of AV solutions for training rooms and all-hands areas, ensuring effective operation in large-scale environments.
2. Independently enhanced the visualization of AV operation and maintenance metrics using BI tools, identifying issues, improving operational efficiency, and enabling proactive detection and prevention of potential problems.
3. Led the deployment of new AV technology across APAC countries, ensuring smooth implementation and consistency across regions.
4. Conducted risk assessments to develop technical solutions, ensuring scalable audio-visual systems.
5. Streamlined workflows and processes to improve efficiency through optimization and automation, standardizing troubleshooting procedures, refining issue escalation, and enhancing AV service processes. Collaborated closely with vendors and manufacturers to coordinate maintenance efforts, ensuring alignment with TikTok's global standards.
6. Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse teams.
