We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA & Automation Analyst to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions within a CRM Security Maintenance System for Six months to One year contract. This role involves the integration of advanced RPA technologies, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI to enhance system security, data consistency, and operational efficiency. You will work within a dynamic Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent automation workflows across CRM and related systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA and automation solutions using: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
- Leverage WorkFusion and other intelligent automation platforms for scalable security use cases.
- Utilize advanced UiPath capabilities such as Document Understanding, Apps, and Data Services to automate unstructured data workflows (e.g., document parsing, identity verification).
- Build and manage ETL workflows using SSIS and SQL, ensuring secure and reliable data movement between CRM systems and supporting platforms.
- Analyze large datasets and automate data processing tasks to support secure user lifecycle and access controls.
- Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., passport/ID parsing, classification, address recognition) into security and verification processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists or use pre-trained models to enhance decision-making in automation pipelines.
- Design and integrate conversational AI/chatbot platforms (e.g., IBM Watson, DRUID, CORA) into CRM workflows to support human-in-the-loop verification and access requests.
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD automation for RPA pipelines using tools like TeamCity, Artifactory, and UiPath Test Suite.
- Maintain robust version control and deployment hygiene for secure and stable automations.
- Work within Agile delivery teams (Scrum or POD-based) to iteratively deliver and improve automation solutions.
- Maintain transparency through Jira/Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration across the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, RPA development, and enterprise system integration.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and WorkFusion.
- Strong ETL/SQL development skills, particularly with SSIS, for backend data automation.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models in business automation workflows, especially in security-sensitive processes.
- Previous involvement in building automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including governance, best practices, and infrastructure setup.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and client engagement, including RFP responses, technical presentations, and proposal writing.
- Ability to train and mentor teams across technical (RPA) and functional areas, ensuring knowledge transfer and upskilling.
- Track record of building modular and reusable automation frameworks to support scalability and compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement and business process optimization.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Knowledge of CRM security models (e.g., role-based access, data masking, audit trails).
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) relevant to CRM environments.
