We are passionate and committed to make banking joyful (while having lots of fun)!Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for the bank’s Transformation and Data’s programmes.* Act as a communications partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within Transformation and Data initiatives, influencing communication approaches.* Drive and execute end-to-end communication campaigns, overseeing the development of strategic narratives, executive presentations, and multimedia content for complex concepts.* Spearhead the conceptualisation, planning, and seamless execution of high-profile physical events, including the annual Transformation Festival, ensuring high engagement and strategic alignment.* Champion innovative communication methodologies and technologies to enhance engagement and deliver complex messages at pace.* Collaborate extensively and influence cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging across the organisation.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication processes and best practices, fostering excellence and innovation within the function.* Stay abreast of industry best practices in internal communications, transformation, and data trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies.Requirements: * A bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.* 8 - 10 years of experience in strategic internal communications and/or marketing within complex organisations, preferably financial services or a technology-driven industry.* Proven expertise in communicating complex technical concepts (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics) to diverse non-technical audiences.* Strong experience in leading large-scale events and programmes, from conceptualisation to post-event analysis, with demonstrated multi-stakeholder management.* Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable, impactful communication plans that deliver at pace.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to craft clear and persuasive narratives for executive and broad audiences.* Strong design sensibility and deep understanding of visual communication principles, with proficiency in design tools.* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of navigating complex organisational structures and driving consensus.* Highly analytical, data-driven, and adaptable approach to communications, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with exceptional organisational skills.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
