- 5 years of experience or more as a bread & pastry baker is preferred.
- Passionate or exposed to French & European artisan bread making.
- Uphold high standard of workplace and food hygiene and care for the equipment is a must.
- Able create own recipes or tweak recipes to bake different variety of artisan breads according to the customer liking and demand.
- Able to do mixing to kneading to resting and stretching and folding, ensure all steps are according to strict artisan baking process.
- Research and development effort is a must, including creating value added products with gourmet ingredients like cheese, ham or herbs.
