Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Prepare and cook hot meals, including main courses, sides....
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and seating areas.
- Assist in food preparation, such as pastries, sandwiches, and light snacks.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow standard recipes and beverage preparation guidelines.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Perform Café Manager assigned AC-HOD duties.
Job Requirements:
- Previous barista or F&B experience is a plus (training will be provided).
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
