Job Description:
Batch Job Scheduling and Monitoring:
- Schedule and monitor batch jobs to ensure they run as per the defined timelines.
- Use job scheduling tools (e.g, SAP) to manage job execution.
- Ensure batch jobs are executed without errors and within SLA.
Troubleshooting and Issue resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to batch job failures or delays.
- Work with build and functional team to resolve any technical problems.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Optimization and Efficiency:
- Analyze batch job performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Implement improvements to reduce processing times and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain scripts for job automation and monitoring.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of batch job schedules, processes, and configurations.
- Generate regular reports on batch job performance and SLAs.
- Provide status updates and incident reports to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their batch processing needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding job schedules, status updates, and issue resolutions.
- Train and support end-users on batch job functionalities and best practices.
Requirements:

- SAP techno functional skills and knowledge.
- Batch Management.
- Previous experience with SAP projects and batch operations.
