We are currently looking for a GKA BI Analyst to join our Analytics, Data and AI Team. You will act as the ‘vital link and business enabler’ between BI capabilities /solution and it’s business objectives delivering concrete value to the business. You will play a pivotal role in instilling the right data culture in our global key accounts. With you onboard, we can drive ISS group wide business progress towards targets, accurate reports for corporate reporting, customers and external benchmarks globally and most importantly, shaping the ISS world through data.
What you’ll do and what competencies are required:
- BI Expertise: Develops BI roadmap for the global key account; Having knowledge of overall reporting and BI framework spanning into data modelling when relevant; Continuous work with account team to understand and advise to develop, maintain, and improve BI framework, it’s governance and processes i.e., data maturity model; Delivering our standard reporting package including KPIs and enabling users in taking actions and decisions based on data/information; Building and maintaining Tableau know-how and best practices; Expertise in the BI field to pave way for AI initiatives
- Insight Expertise: Conducting data analysis or deep dives through a consultancy approach leveraging on segment and account business knowledge
- Integrator: Working with the business to understand new business requirements and translating them into detailed functional requirements in the application development process; Carrying out business process mapping and re-engineering vs. BI requirements to involve subject matter experts for data capture processes; Builds network of people, knowledge to ensure good foundation of data
- Enabler: Ensuring people are empowered to utilize the products and knowledge sharing across segments to ensure scalability on all BI products delivered across; Implementing activities towards better data literacy and making the organization AI ready
- Change Agent: Establishing our new business model of “BI as a service”; Engaging global key accounts in purpose driven / outcome based BI activities contributing to the journey towards data driven organization
Project Management: Having accountability for prioritizing, planning and delivery of solutions to the business, including management and mitigation of risks due to change
- Stakeholder Management: Building a close relationship with account stakeholders including ISS Customer; Coordinating and prioritizing solution delivery with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Key qualifications:
- At least 5 years working experience in FM industry
- At least 8 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence/ Data Analysis required
- Expert level on Tableau and similar analytics tools desired such as PowerBI, Databricks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with collaborating with Global Clients/ International Stakeholders
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Data Analytics/Math/Engineering or another similar field is preferable
