Job Description :
- Creating & managing Revit project file for the ACMV systems using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan
- Update and coordinate Revit model (e.g. pipe routings, duct routings, equipment families) throughout the project development
- Perform interference/clash checking within own model and/or against other disciplines.
- Generate shop drawings from the BIM model
- Manage the project file maintaining minimal file size and unnecessary objects inside file for file credibility
- Perform other drafting and modelling task relating to design and installation matters
- Continuously improve knowledge of Revit software as well as other software used in BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Job Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or its relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of BIM Coordination experience for ACMV field in the local construction industry
- Candidates with 2 years experience in M&E field may consider for junior post
- Proficient in MS Office / MEP Revit / AutoCAD / Naviswork
- Able to work independently and good team player
- Working days: 5.5 days (alternate Sat off)
