Job Description
- Create and update 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks based on architectural/structural/MEP drawings.
- Generate 2D drawings, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.
- Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and other BIM team members to ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure models comply with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD (Level of Detail) requirements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, MEP) to avoid clashes and assist in clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
- Update models according to design changes and client requirements.
- Participate in internal BIM meetings and contribute to model coordination.
- Maintain model documentation and revision history.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and optionally Navisworks, SketchUp, or BIM360.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience as a BIM Modeller preferred
- Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
