About the Role:
The Brand Designer will collaborate closely with the Branding Team to bring our brand vision to life. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into powerful visual assets across digital, social, and offline touchpoints. From brand identity to campaigns, you will help ensure every design element communicates consistency, impact, and trust.
Responsibilities:
- Co-create Dr Glow’s visual identity and brand guidelines with the Branding Team.
- Translate brand strategy into powerful visual narratives across all touchpoints (digital, social, campaigns, events, clinics).
- Brainstorm and concept creative campaigns, not just design them.
- Build design systems that balance aesthetics with scalability for future growth.
- Experiment with bold, fresh creative directions while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnership teams to bring ideas to life.
- Continuously research global trends in branding, lifestyle, beauty, and digital culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand design and identity creation (portfolio required).
- Strong conceptual thinker — ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion/3D a plus).
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- A proactive collaborator who thrives in brainstorming and idea-building.
- Comfortable working in start-up environments where creativity and speed matter.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience launching a new brand (bonus if in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle).
- Skills in motion graphics, short-form video, or content creation.
- Understanding of consumer psychology and how design impacts perception.
